I have one car & 50% NCB. If I buy another one car. Can I use NCB for both car.

This is called copy NCB. Normally, insurance company wont accept but it is negotiable. You can discuss with your insurance company. If you bought a
new Mercedes Benz in Zung Fu, customers can copy NCB from their existing
policy.
