見到有啲車的玻璃窗擺隻cd係度,有什麼用?

有D人想裝飾用
有人就想比衝燈/快相機閃果時令到強光射返轉頭..令到張相唔清
而我認為最佳作用係用黎提醒其他人..視野唔好果時尢其有用

It refects the light, if the police camera sparkle you at night, than, it can reflect the light, so that the photo cannot be seen! But it wont work all the time!
