我做個蛋糕失敗 jor ,不知道 dim 改 ah, pls help me!!!!

不知道點解, 我bake jor 個蛋糕, after i take it out from the oven, it has 濕濕黏黏的 texture, 好像 not cook gum, but i put enough time to bake it ,點解gum ge?? what should i do? pls help to solve this problem... really neeed to know....

個cake應該係未焗夠呀!因為個個焗爐d火力都有d分別ka,你想知個cake得未可以用牙籤拮入個cake到,如果無"痴痴立立"的,就得ka 啦~~因為我個爐都係咁,我跟d食譜都要焗多十零分鐘先ok ka~~試多幾次就會得ka啦~~加油

你個食譜可能唔可靠或個爐壞左......你見到個旦糕濕同下陷都係因為唔熟.

妳的 OVEN 是否 NOT WORK ! 因我也有朋友也是這現象! 她換了 OVEN 後焗蛋糕便 OK 了!

是否你加太多水呢?
又或者你冇預熱個焗爐
一唔係就個cake仲未焗夠
又或者係係焗夠時間, 但太細火
嗡一樣都會唔熟
