I heard from some ppl said that if you are Asia Miles member, you may become a Macro Polo Club member as well. As I know, you need to pay US50 for apply Macro Polo Club and will have the membership of Asia Miles at the same time.
How about if I apply Asia Miles only? Will they offer me a free memebrship of Macro Polo Club as well? How is the procedure?

To become a Green card Macro Polo Club member (the basic membership), you must pay for USD50 when you apply, unless you are the credit card holder of Cathay Pacific CITIBank(which annual fees is USD50)...When you become a MP Club member, you automatically become asiamile member; but free charged asiamile member is not equivalent to MP Club member.MP Club membership must apply and pay at the same time. Because you need to earn air miles to upgrade your membership from green to silver,gold and diamond class, or to renew your membership annually for free...
