網頁係由純文字既html標簽，再由瀏覽器解讀及轉譯而得出文字同圖片
因為純文字既關係，可以用notepad(記事本)去編輯。但如果用notepad去編輯網頁就一定要完全熟識html先可以，因為而時既網頁編輯軟件都係由使用者既操作，而產生出唔同既html，最後都係以文字檔儲存
