In this passage i am going to tell u several aspects about eating, mainly the reason for eating, when to eat, where to eat and what to eat.

Since many people want to lose weight and look beautiful, they eat less food than they need to. Sometimes they even skip breakfast so as to get slim which is very unhealthy, especially for those adolescence during puberty.

Besides, some people are too busy for lunch and dinner, so they will just rush to fast food shop to grab a hamburger or fries. Meanwhile, those busy workaholics may even just glup down some junk food as their lunch to fill up their stomach. It is really a lethal act because they may suffer from eating disorder in the future if the case continues.
