Nope.. If you are using your home computer.. you cannot see X-rays from Public Hospital..

However, Doctors in the hospitals can use CMS (Clinical Management System) to see X-rays of patients taken in AED, with limitations of course..

The Department of Health and the Hospital Authority are now trying to launch a service to private clinics so that private doctors can assess patient records from public hospital that may eventually include their X-rays taken. But this is yet to be employed and still in experimental phase.
