From London (Paddington Station) to Bicester village-----do it in the morning. Get off at Bicester then get on the shuttle bus to Bicester village, about 15 minutes.
Then get a train to Oxford after lunch. (Please check the timetable at Paddington Station) Oxford is not far away from Bicester.
Visit Bicester on 26 Dec. But I normally spend a whole day at Bicester as there are too many stuff to search for.
Cambridge---You have to do it on another day. Travel by train either from King's Cross or Liverpool Street Station. Travelling time will be about an hour.
Visit on 24 Dec.

To Bicester Village or Cambridge by train is very expensive.

Try Coach (and Oxford Tube) at Victoria Station - much cheaper and you can rest on board.
