急.....Help 電腦問題---安裝antivirus

我部電腦原本用symantec的 antivirus 現已過期.
買了新的norton antivirus 2007
安裝時要求刪除旧的程式
當我用"新增或移除程式"去刪除時顯示"安裝時出現严重錯誤"
現在又無法安裝........邊位高手help　me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

其實最好就係響安裝任何software前先backup一個image (例如用ghost)，萬一有咩事唔穩定都可以restore從頭來過!!

最快捷和直接的方法就是重灌你的電腦然後嘗再試移除舊有的norton antivirus並安裝新的norton antivirus 2007
