我宜家要寫一個關於 lowry method 既lab report..
但係我唔係太明白.. set up calibration curve既時候.. NaOH 係有咩用既呢?
因為..samples are added with NaOH and also with reagent. Does the NaOH affects the results/ or does it react with the agent?
If possible please include some information about important calculations in Lowry method..
