the former (2,8,13,1) can be simply called electronic configuration.
the latter (1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d5 4s1) can be either called ground state electronic configuration or simply electronic configuration. ( The former one is commonly used)

Both are called electronic configuration or electron configuration.

(2,8,13,1) is for F4 and F5 students and

(1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d5 4s1) is for F6 students.
