the digestion of proteins is in the stomach.the enzyme inside the stomach can digest the protein in the food(milk).and because the ph value inside the stomach is very low(pH2) so the coagulation occur in the stomach.

The coagulation of protein takes place at the stomach which is facilitated by the gastric proteass present in the gastric juice secreted by the stomach wall.

Coagulation of milk in stomach changes the protein from soluble form to insoluble form which INCREASE THE TIME of stay of protein molecules inside the stomach FOR MORE COMPLETE DIGESTION INTO AMINO ACIDS by proteases.

gastric juice contains hydrochloric acid with low pH value which provides an optimum condition for the coagulation of milk by gastric prteases

The coagulation of milk protein occur in stomach. Since the pH value in stomach is acidic (low), which is the optimum pH for the enzymes of milk protein, the milk protein can coagulates mainly in stomach.
