Enzyme is a specific name for the catalyst used in biological system.
「酶」是生物催化劑的專有名詞。

Catalyst is a chemical that facilitate a reaction by reducing activation energy.

In biological system, the catalyst is named enzyme. Enzymes catalyse biochemical reactions.
生物的催化劑叫「酶」，酶可以加速生物化學反應。

In chemical process, such as hydrogenation of ethene into ethane, the catalyst is named catalyst, not enzyme. It catalyses such chemcial reaction.
化學反應中的催化劑只會叫做「催化劑」，並不會叫做「酶」

enzyme can be used to catalyze (speed up) a reaction, thus is called a catalyst. So a catalyst can be an enzyme that has such function. But a catalyst does not neccessarily have to be an enzyme. catalyst 可以係一種 enzyme 但不是 enzyme o既一種.

注意, catalyse是verb, enzyme是noun...怎可能一樣呢?
是enzyme catalyses something
酶是催化劑, 因為某東西自然分解是很難的
故enzyme主動去catalyse
