Firstly, you need to design the performance appraisal form for you to do the related assessment. In the performance appraisal form including the require items for you to assess. These items including knowledge, ability, appearance & etc. And you may consider the following methods for evaluation.

Method 1 (Use for large no. of receptionist)
- Summary of result for each item in the whole class of receptionist.
- Consider the acceptable level in each item
- The related data may be handle in normal distribution, you may find some outstanding receptionist and some unacceptable receptionist.
- Design and planning the improvement action for the unacceptable receptionist.

Method 2 (Use a few of receptionist)
- Summary of result for each item of receptionist.
- Consider the acceptable level in each item
- Design and planning the continous improvement action for the receptionist.
