If it is in HK, I am afriad there is no institution offer this degree...
I am double majoring in Japanese and Linguistics in HKU.
We have translation courses (English-Japanese; Japanese-English; Chinese-Japanese; Japanese-Chinese and interpretation), BUT there are just courses in the Department of Japanese Studies. Upon your gradation, you will just receive a BA degree, but not a translation degree. I dunno about the situation in CU and city U...
But honestly, I don't think translation can be learnt in course or lecture... all you need is dictionaries and experience... Coz I really find the translation course very boring... ><
I am now on exchange and I am in UK (Edinburgh). Here also has translation course and I am now taking the English-Japanese translation one! Well... no that useful, I am afriad... So, you can see, even in UK, there are not much useful translation courses...
By the way, it is said that even though in Japan, there are not many universities offer english and japanese translation course...
