你可去港大, 中大, 或科大或教院等院校的事業中心Career Centre, 登廣告, 聘請導師, 就能聘請質素較好的大學生做導師其中港大的網址是 http://extranet.hku. hk/recruit/app/tutor 01.form

you can contact the student union of HKIEd, then they will send e-mail to students and if they have interest, students will directly contact you by e-mail or phone call~
