如果你出去搵工既話, 最重要講同你份工有關既野, 所以除左你個名之外, 家庭背景你唔駛講啦! 你最重要講下你有咩同工作有關既優點(例如勤力, 有責任感...), 而有咩優點係你有人地無, 亦可以講下申請呢份工既原因. 你亦可以講下自己有咩工作經驗, 起個度學到咩.其實中英文輸入法呢D野好多人都識. 如果你真係打得快既都略略提下, 亦都要提下你識文書工作. 你普通話同英文麻麻就當然唔好係面試度講, 但係無論如何你見工前最好練一練下D語文.自我介紹其實唔駛講太長, 大約一分鐘已經夠, 有D人係唔鐘意你講太耐.

(issuing purchase orders / preparing shipping documents etc). I have experiences in general document processing, Chinese and English typing. My typing speed is...........I can speak fair English and Mandarin. I gained knowledges in using .........(MS excel, MS word etc) from my previous jobs.
I am interested in being ......... (job title) in your company becasue ............. (I have just finished a course in shipping and I would like to apply my new knowledge in your company / from the website of your company, I found that your company has ample growth opportunities ...etc)
