CPT - 請問有冇人知代表什麼??

首先你要知道 C&F 或者 CNF 已於1990年後不再採用，Incoterms 1990 指明用 CFR 代表 Cost and Freight ( 即取代舊有 CNF 或 C&F 叫法 )，大家已經用 CFR十幾年，不要再用 C&F 這字眼。

你問CFR 和 CPT的分別，分別當然有，主要就是CFR必須用於海運，CPT 就任何運輸方式都得，不過CPT唔會用於海運，在香港做出入口，相對少做CPT，當然香港空運出入口都有做CPT的，CPT多用於歐洲大陸，賣方自已有貨車或者包架貨車，可以直接過境交到另一陸地國家的買方，例如法國交德國。當然交到火車站，貨車站都有。香港除與中國外，出入口都是海運或空運，無陸路的運輸。
如果你今次的客人叫你寄空運出口或陸路回中國大陸，CFR 改為 CPT 是對的。 如果海運就一定要維持 CFR。你上文沒有提，所以我只能兩樣都寫出來讓你知道，如你補充問，我會更詳細答。

但其實CPT和CFR兩者好接近，買賣雙方的責任和風險差不多一樣，只是運輸方式不同。INCOTERMS這13個國際貿易術語，訂立時就已經考慮貨物不同，運輸方式不同，於是訂立不同法律解釋的術語，現在大家做船務，必須找得到一個適合自已貨物出入口的貿易術語和報價，國際上就有共通語言，不會因不同語系，以至貿易上發生報價誤會。

CIP (+ the named place of destination ) 是 CIP 某某目的地
CIP= Carriage and insurance paid to 運費及保險至某某目的地
CIP 即是 CPT 加上保險， 即賣家的賣價包括了運費到某目的地的/倉，也包括了途中保險。

簡單讓你明白，不計運輸方式不同，買賣雙方的責任和風險就是:
CPT = CFR (但不是全相同,運輸方式是不同)
CIP = CIF (但不是全相同，運輸方式是不同

賣方支付將貨品運至指定目的地的費用，並替出口貨品清關。這做法只適用於航運及內陸水運。貨品交付運輸商後，損失及破損的風險即由買方承擔。
The delivery of goods to the named port of destination (discharge) at the seller's expense. Buyer is responsible for the cargo insurance and other costs and risks. The term CFR was formerly written as C&F. Many importers and exporters worldwide still use the term C&F.
In the export quotation, indicate the port of destination (discharge) after the acronym CFR, for example CFR Osaka.
Under the rules of the INCOTERMS , the term Cost and Freight is used for ocean freight only.
