How can i proof by contradiction the greatest lower bound and the least upper bound of this set?

x^2 小於或等於5-開方5小於或等於x小於或等於開方5
開方5是最小上界
如果有另一個上界L比開方5小，L小於開方5，x大於L （for some x in S）。矛盾。
同樣方法可以證明下界
