另類投資 10%
房地產 15%
股票 20%
現金存款 25%
債券 30%

I agree with Akkool, diversify is the key. And use more than one company/agent/broker, for it may turn bad. I used to work in the bank and I have seen investment company bankrupted and people lost everything.

If you have such amount,
first, take 20% as cash flow
5% to insurance
20% to real estate
20% to fund
15% to stock
20 % time deposit
