點解個FTP server software 有一些user不能log in ?

I advise you could check your problem as follow suggestions.

1. Have you checked the log to find what the error caused some user failed to login ?

2. Wrong password, the user id ?

3. The ip of user was rejected according to your rules config in your BP ftp server.

4. Have your turn on your firewall / anti-virus monitor etc, s/w ? try to turn off them one by one to test which part blocked the connection request ....

5. ' 無法顯示網頁 ', can be happen due to your ISP DNS server not updated with your FTP server's IP to their DNS or the DNS server of your user's ISP not syn with your ISP's DNS server, so, your user was failed to locate your IP/domain address, or your FTP server not respond.

6. Did you using router to share your internet ? have well config your router ? e.g. set the FTP server machine at DMZ status, or using port forward to redirect the incoming request to the ip of your ftp server ?
