11月15日陳小明 Benz
11月16日陳小小 Civic
11月17日李小明 Fox
1月12日陳小明 Benz
依家係想搵以下問題條公式應該點打?
一) 想搵陳小明一共售出Benz幾部
二)想搵陳小明在十一月一共售出Benz幾部

以上問題可以有兩種做法:

1) 用 Excel 的中文 "資料 -> 樞紐分析表及圖報表" 英文 "Data -> PivotTable and PivotChart Report"

2) 用 "Array Formulas", 它與一般 Formulas 寫法差不多. 你的問題是用 "Sum" 及 "If" 處理.
假如 Column A 是日期, Column B 是人名, Column C 是車名
問題1 是 =SUM(IF(B2:B7="陳小明",IF(C2:C7="Benz",1,0),0))
問題2 是 =SUM(IF(B2:B7="陳小明",IF(MONTH(A2:A7)=11,IF(C2:C7="Benz",1,0),0),0))

當你輸入完 Formulas, 請緊記不要只按 "Enter" 要按 "Ctrl + Shift + Enter", 之後你會看見你的 Formulas 前後被 "{}" 括著, 變成 {=SUM(IF(B2:B7="陳小明",IF(C2:C7="Benz",1,0),0))}

備註: 如只按 "Enter", 你的Formulas只是一般 Formulas 不是 "Array Formulas" , 計不出你要的答案.

用filter
同subtotal啦..
