everything = 所有東西anything = 任何東西
everything係用起postive sentence而anything係negative
e.g. I don't want to do anything 我什麼也不想幹
I would like to do everything 我什麼事都想幹

everything is used in positive sentence.
e.g. i can buy you everything.
anything is used in question and negative sentence,
e.g. i cannot do anything now.
