atom a + atom b -------> ab compund

why is it a exergonic reaction?
更新1:

water + carbon dioxide - sugar should be endergonic reaction , right? both are anabolic reaction, why there are such difference?

AS you can see , there is a bond formed between a and b .
If bond forming > bond breaking ,it is a exergonic reaction.
Both a and b is atom so there is no bond breaking.
It must be a exergonic reaction.

When atom a and atom b reacts, a bond was formed. The formation of bond is exothermic, and so, the reaction is exergonic reaction.

N.B.: Conversely, breaking of bonds requires energy and is endothermic.
