我想問有脊椎側彎，有 頸椎側彎 幾會大唔大，平時可以用咩方法睇到(唔計x-ray)

um.....我自己0係10~11歲岩岩踏入青春期就LAN左野..做BODY CHECK果時E生發現左我有S骨
都曾經帶過腰架
不過我就冇頸椎側彎!!
有冇機會有我個人覺得都係因人而異!
你試下按下頸椎周邊D肌肉有冇大小不一..
不過唔係專業意見...但希望可以幫到你LA!!

you cannot see by yourself, at least one more people to help you to see it.
you can call someone stand at the back of you, and then you bend down, then the one at the back can easily determined whether you have it or not.
(Doctors also use this method to test it)
