physical properties is properties that can test without forming new substance and changing chemical composition.
(e.g. chlorine: yellowdish green gas in room temperture
sulphur dioxide: toxic gas in room temperture)
chemical properties is properties that can only test with forming new substance and changing chemical composition.
(e.g. chlorine: react with sodium to form sodium chloride (table salt)
oxygen: relight growing splint)
