Risk and Capital Management

Not too hard. It is just as easy/difficult as you get in most other departments in an investment bank. If you have relevant degree/work experience it will get you a first interview. If you know high power people in the bank you wlll get a straight in or at least a second interview. Interviews will find out if you have the knowledge/analytical mind/personality to fit in their team.
