If you have extra money, try hiring a tutor for yourself.
Or if not, try to join some organization in your school that can enhance your personality. i believe you're not that dumb but like most highschool students you are just shy because of the expectations and the comments you might receive from people around you. You are in a period of transition in life. My advise is to go to your guidance counselor's office and ask him/ her what you can do about this situation. Or you an find a group which you think you "belong" and "in" in the campus. Please dont resort to easy eacape like drugs and alcohol. You still have a long way in your life ahead of you. Just keep your head up high!! Good luck!!

Try opening the book when doing your work. Oh and make sure it is the correct book for the that class.

instead of going straight to getting help you should ask your teachers why they are giving you f's
