Doddie 在英文俚語裹面可解作"糞便"。例如：Oh bugger, I think I just step on that dog's doddie.

I don`t know the word `DODDIES`.......
But if it is `DODDLE`, it means : something extremely easy.
Example :
The examination is a doddle.
( that means : The exam is very easy. )
