Is your figure a square?If so, then 2t-3 = t implies t = 3
If not, you need to specify more.
At least, if your figure is a rectangle, then t>0 (sides cannot be smaller than 0), and 2t-3>0, which means t<1.5. So the neccessary condition is that 0<1.5
