燒面包也好!減肥人仕宜吃多士,不宜吃面包。那烤面包,即多士。唔肥,正!
燒蝦。係街市買斤蝦,用清水洗乾淨,就叉住燒。簡單,方便,又唔肥,又好味!蝦有豐富      omega3食完皮膚靚靚!
石紙煨粟米。粟米有豐富維他命e,有益又易整,又唔怕肥!
燒紅衫魚。魚不用去皮,用兩塊網夾住條魚燒,吃時夾去魚皮,再加點美極,味道一流!
     高蛋白,低脂,飽肚!
石紙煨蒜茸金菇、露笋。好鮮甜,好味!食多多都唔怕肥!露笋,有大量葉酸,非常有益!

gill mashroom or corn
i think vegetable is the best choice
am.......u may add some pepper or garlic to make it tasty
it can be easily prepare by wrap the vegetable in the aluminium foil to prevent water loss
u can buy it in supermarket easily

燒烤蔬菜,如青椒、紅椒、矮瓜、雜菌、番茄、白薯、洋蔥等。另外烤魚也不錯。
