The goods are delivered in January from your side to the supplier for repair but the supplier realise upon receipt that it is not their products, and hence, did not repair and return it to me. We then send it to the appropriate supplier to repair and shipped to you when they finished. We do not have any record of you returning the goods to the supplier, please kindly search for the mentioned record from your side.
