Today it is much more to try to sue somebody if you have an accident.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing ?
Should people have to accept bad luck?
Should they always get money for their injuries?

1. Today it is much more to try to sue somebody if you have an accident - this sentence doesnt make sense.
2. good and bad things about what?
3. not really accept bad luck and try not to stereotype good or bad luck. try to change your thinking it will help to change to situation to your benefit. more sense of humor may help even if you are unluckily bumped into things that are going your way.
4. what kind of injuries? you mean a traffic accident? if the driver has bought 3rd party insurance, injuries will be covered with indemnities.

I guess you mean people are more likely to try to sue somebody if they have accidents, right ? Whether it is the right thing to do can be subjective and objective. If you have suffer a big loss and it is the other party's fault from an objective standpoint, then why not sue him/her. This is good thing
To be defensive, someone will sue the other party no matter how small the damage is. This is subjective, and to me this is bad thing.

People should only accept bad luck if it is nobody's fault.
In a monetary society, getting money as compensation is a practical remedy for injuries.
What else can be used as substitutes ?
