1. read more
choose some books that you really like and start with something easier. do not force yourself to read things that are too difficult.
2. listen more
choose some songs that you like and listen more. learn the vocab and sentence structure used in the lyrics; or you can watch movies with english subtitles (dvd). then you can listen and read at the same time and learn new vocab.
3. write more
start writing diary in english may help, too. nobody is going to read it, so you just need to try your best to write it. later when you read it back, you may find yourself making a lot of silly mistakes. then, it means your english has improved!
4. online resources
you may work more on your grammar by doing more online exercises. search a topic that you really want to work on and search ex. to do online. this is convenient.

5. speak more
when you have chance, practice your spoken english with native speakers such as NET teachers. remember you should learn to read aloud instead of merely remember meaning of vocab and upgrading your english writing skills.

laerning english is not one-day work. it takes a long time. strive hard and do not give up to easily. if you can use english fluently, it is absolutely an advantage.
