壽司可否放雪柜明日先食呢?紫菜點先唔會濕呢?急

想做壽司學校去旅行時食,但又唔想一大早起身做,可否前一晚做好放雪柜過夜呢?
壽司米用那一隻品牌好呢?做好了雪過夜會否變硬?紫菜點先唔會濕呢?

可以放雪柜過夜,只要唔好太近出風位.紫菜食嘅時候先包就唔濕,預先包就一定濕.至於壽司米正宗嘅比較貴,而家好多食店都用普通珍珠米,所以都無乜所謂,重要嘅係,你煮得好唔好.太濕又會易散,太乾又唔食.

better not la...the fish got bateria and rice will get dry la
those are the japanese rice...i forgot the name, u go to supermarket u will know la...
