STIR-FRIED RICE WITH FINE SHRIMP SAUCE....銀魚蝦醬炒飯...
Ingredient:Cooked rice 150 g [5 oz/about 1 cup], Chicken meat 50 g [2 oz] [diced], Bell pepper 50 g [2 oz] [diced], Fried silver fish 1 tbsp, Egg 1 [beaten], Shredded green onion for topping
Seasoning mix:Fine Shrimp Sauce 1 tbsp蝦醬
Cooking Method:1. Saute Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce in 1 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done.
2,Add bell pepper, cooked rice and stir well until heated through. Stir in fried silver fish.
3,Pan-fry the egg into a thin egg sheet. Put on a serving plate.
4. Put fried rice on one side of the egg sheet. Fold egg sheet to cover the rice. Sprinkle with shredded green onion. Serve
Stir-fried egg whites and shallot w/ oyster sauce.....乾蔥蛋白炒飯
Ingredient:Cooked rice 400 g [14 oz], Shallots 4 [sliced], Green onions 2 [sectioned], Egg whites 4 [beaten]
Seasoning mix: Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 2.5 tbsp...(舊庄特級蠔油)
Cooking Method:1.Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute shallots and green onions until fragrant.
2. Add egg whites and stir-fry until half done. Stir in rice, seasoning mix and heat through.Serve
Fried rice with brassica cernua and dried shrimp.....雪菜蝦米炒飯
Ingredient:(per person)Rice 1 1/2 cups, Dried shrimp 10 grams, Japanese Shimeji mushroom 50 grams, Garlic 20 grams, Brassica cernua 20 grams, Sesame oil 1 teaspoon, Grated garlic 1/4 teaspoon,

HON-DASHI 1/2 teaspoon, Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon, Fried sesame 1 teaspoon, Japanese pea sprouts A little, Shredded garlic A little, (by using the white part of Garlic)
Cooking Method:1,Sprinkle some water onto the dried shrimp. Heat it by using microwave oven (500W) for 30 seconds.
2,Cut Japanese Shimeji mushroom into sections with 5mm. Shred garlic and brassica cernua.

Preparation:a,Slice the beef into sticks;b,Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces;c,Divide the Japanese maitake mushroom into several small portions;d,Chop the garlic into slices and remove the centre parts;e,Shred the lettuce
Method:1,Heat oil, sauteed the garlic slices until golden, add a, b, c and stir fry. Then pour in ingredients (A )and fry again until dry.
