Kowloon Dairy was founded in 1940 by Mr George Ahwee and Mr Rudy Choy. At the very beginning, we had a very slim labour force of only 30 employees and produced only fresh milk which was sold through very narrow distribution channel.

Today, in our Central Office and Tuen Mun factory, we employ nearly 500 people and our distribution network reaches almost all corners of Hong Kong and Macau. We have now diversified to produce a variety of recombined milk drinks, such as Hi-calcium milk, skimmed milk, different flavoured milk, and other ice cream products, stickline and novelty items like Mochi Ice. For institutional use, we also supply coffee creamer, soft ice cream mix, shake mix and dipping ice cream.

We believe in total quality control. For fresh milk, quality control starts from the selection of feed. We monitor the living and health conditions of the dairy cows to ensure that they deliver supreme good taste and nutritious milk.

Our production lines run daily to ensure fresh delivery every day to our customers, while our salesmen and telesales team are dedicated to deliver the best service to satisfy their needs.

We have expanded to China in 1992 and formed a joint venture named The Kowloon Dairy (GZ) Food Products Co. Ltd. Through the company and the production facilities in Guangzhou established in 1994, we have now extended our quality milk products and services to the provinces in the South China region, also Fuzhou and Xiamen
