教麵粉花証書班,但教學質素奇差

我想問下,有些教授在婦女會任教麵粉花証書班,但教學質素奇差,又不依照規矩教授,可以完成做錯花形,(例如;海棠花可以推邊起波浪,好似加多利亞蘭咁),初班教高班花,又叫學生私下跟他學其他花又當一個花計,有d學生做錯哂d花佢照收,我想問下madoka學校沒有一套教學質素要遵守嗎?要投訴可以怎樣向學校反映??
