運動既問題

如果我朝早做完運動係咪一定要即刻休息或隔幾耐先至可以休息?
如果下午做完運動可唔可以等到夜晚訓覺先黎休息?

做完運動不需要一定休息, 這要看你當時身體情況.
好多人早上跑完步就返工, 又或者放工晚飯後, 跑完步才睡覺.
其實我不大明白你的個中意思.

For myself, i prefer doing three set of working per day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one before the sleep. This should help u to build strength
However i think doing three set together will be more efficient for endurance
However resting between days of working should be the most concerning because u must do like 3-4 days a day and rest between each day in order to let the muscle to built.
