如你是看著碟來學yoga, 那你就應該說:

如你看的碟不是VCD而是DVD, 那就將 VCD 攺為 DVD 好了．

Following the steps demonstrated by the coach ( tutor / instructor ) in DVD, I practise yoga at home everyday.
