如果唔係從隻碟學yoga, 可譯為(someone is) doing yoga at home while watching CD
如果是邊看邊學, 可譯為:
(someone is) practicising yoga by watching a yoga CD at home

Following the steps demonstrated by the coach ( tutor / instructor ) in DVD, I practise yoga at home everyday.
