If you want to talk about Mary is the *monitress* of your class,please use *monitress*,but not #monitor#.It is because that Mary (should be)is a girl,so we use -ress.E.g.Mark is the *headmaster* of our school & May is the *headmistress* of our school.

I think that it will be better for you to use AGAINST in question1(answer2),because the others are unsuitable at this moment.(However,you can use TO or AT if you must use the perposions given in above)
