飲水都有害???

如果我們在口渴時,一口氣渴大量清水
係咪會對身體有害ar~

我們在口渴時就需要喝水,
如果喝20公升清水會中水毒的,
水在身體的作用是把的濃度稀釋,使血液流量加快,
在血液循環上有很大的幫助,將身體有害物質沁透在血液上帶到肝臟過濾,
再到腎臟後排出尿液,所以飲水是對身體有很大的幫助,
但如果飲水過多,則對稀釋血液過多,
會導致身體內水溶性的礦物質大量排出體外,
使身體會熱量帶走身體冰凍,礦物質小了很疲倦或暈,
肝臟、腎臟的工作量較多亦會使其功能受損的。
每一個人24小時內大致排出體外的尿液是2公升,
所以每天在不同時段飲水總和是2公升就最好了。當然可以飲多過2公升
但我相信你如何飲都不能達至有害,危險的情況,因為你的胃也捱不了。
(我記得小時候我貪玩同友人輸睹,我一下子飲下八大杯 0.5升的清水,立時嘔水,毛孔起晒雞皮,非常辛苦)
另外,一個人身體有三分二是水,
但隨著年齡增長對渴水的感覺會減少的,
年輕時活動量較多所以會飲水多些,同時水份能滋潤皮膚,使皮膚含水份以至較滋潤。

不過如果一個有腎病的人,就切記飲水要淺嘗,因為大量水份直接加重腎臟的負擔

You are right. It could be harmful.
If you drink a lot of water (e.g. a few litres) within a short period of time (e.g. 1-2 minutes), your kidneys would not have enough time to get the excessive water out of the body.
Therefore, there would be excessive water circulating in your body and that would make your blood diluted. When the concentration of the materials in the blood get diluted (e.g. blood cells, minerals, vitamins, etc.), it affects the pH value of the blood as well as the ability of body cells to take up nutrients from the blood.
It eventually affect the normal function of the cells, hence, overall normal fuction of your body.
In extreme case, it could result in pulmonary oedema (i,e. water in the lungs), which is potentially fatal (i.e. possible cause of death).

飲水當然係無害啦!每日八杯水嘛!不論快或慢飲都係一樣啫,但要心D好.慢慢飲啦!
