There are 2 ways to tell time, one is more formal, one is more conversational - seems like this is a homework assignment, so it is more safe to answer these time in the formal way. But anyways, I put down both versions for your reference, the first one is the formal one.

half past six OR six thirty

6:55
five minutes to seven OR six fifty-five

7:00
seven o'clock OR seven

7:31
twenty-nine minutes to eight OR seven thirty-one

12:45
fifteen minutes to one OR twelve forty-five

4:00
four o'clock OR four

4:30
half past four OR four thirty
