Human resources management 課程一問

我本身讀緊大學,但由於想出黎做野ge時候從事human resources(本身讀ge一o的關係都無), 所以想搵o的課程讀,但係本身自己搵過o個o的大都要有工作經驗才可報讀,所以都唔知有咩課程suitable, 我想dip. ge level or high dip. level,唔知大家知唔知呢???please help~~~ thx

我也是大學生，但我認為個人能力與你interview的表現肯定要比多一張相關的沙紙更有效有不少例子，有一位讀account的師姐，畢業後去了IBM做IT Trainee 即係寫Programme
兩年之後便轉了做IBM的HRM部門，她進去之前完全沒有IT的智識
只是WORK HARD BUT WORK SMART，
我認為努力進修自己的各方面能力，比花時間金錢去買張紙更好
能力比文憑更實際

I think you can choose some labour ordinance course (organized by CUHK - the comment is OK) & privacy ordinance course to study. It is because it is the basic knowledge for being a HR Professional. Also, you can buy some books for the HR Management. It is useful, too.
Frankly, it is difficult for a fresh graduate to find a HR Course to study in H.K. But you may try to look for those distance learning courses organized by HKMA.
