怎樣準備KPMG的Group Discussion & Manager Interview(1st in)?

Group discussion: Make sure of yourself you have an opinion on most hot topics in recent months.

Manager interview: S/he typically wants to find out if you will be a good team member. So be more interractive. Give long answers on short questions. Tell stories about yourself in details to your advantage. How long be the interview depends on how busy the manager is, AND how interesting you are to him/her.

Career priority: Advisory is most challenging; it demands one to have a great creative mind and be adventeous. Audit is more systematic so check with your own personality if it fits. Tax is in between the above two in terms of job nature versus personality. But HK's demand on tax expert is way lower than on experts from the other two trades.

Since I have gone thru ur stage, let me just briefly give you some hints.

Don't think about the percentage of getting an offer. Since each interview is interviewed by different manager, there's no guarantee.

However, for group discussion, just make sure you speak up and can talk alot and show interest in the topic being asked. Don't be shy and say something!!!
During the manager interview, make sure you are "presentable".... meaning you have to show them that you have confident in what you are looking for in KPMG, and know what you will be doing. Have a little background on what's Audit, Tax, and Advisory does.... they'll ask~~~

For which sector to choose, it's really depends on your interest.
But "usually" Audit hires more ppl then advisory!
