公司在成立初期,員工只有數個,服務亦是單一化的,以家庭模式的方法去運作是最好不過,根本上沒有工作分類,公司無論大小事務都需要員工去處理,因此員工之間的工作關係非常密切。不過親切經過多年的發展,服務都變得多元化及專業化,以往的家庭模式不再配合到機構的發展需要,即使現在親切只是一間擁有十三名員工的細機構, 但工種越趨繁複,未必每個員工都可以應付到, 所以機構轉變了管理模式,以工種為分三個不同的部門,每個部門都由一個領隊帶領,直接向老闆匯報, 其好處有以下四項:

1.整間機構只分了三個不同工種的部門,部門之間溝通簡單直接。

2.因為機構的員工不多,提供的服務又多元化,所以在人手安排上需要有足夠的彈性,減少部門被定型的情況發生。

3.機構部門及員工數目都小,而員工們都能夠自發地工作,成績有目共睹,所以老闆給員工工作的自由度很大。

4.機構的管理結構由上至下只分為三層,由於架構簡單,無論機構發生任何事,老闆都可以很快知道,亦可以很快做到決定。

3. Organization department and staff number all small, but the staffs all can spontaneously work, the result is obvious to all, therefore boss works to the staff the degree of freedom is very big.
4. The organization management structure only divides into three by on to under, because the overhead construction is simple, regardless of the organization has any matter, bosses all may very quickly know, also may very quickly achieve the decision.
