Ought to = should
They are interchangeable.

Uses:
recommendation, advisability
assumption, expectation, probability

e.g.
1)Present tense
I/You/He/She/It/We/They ought to exercise everyday.

2) Past tense
I/You/He/She/It/We/They ought to have exercised.

3) Future tense
I/You/He/She/It/We/They ought to excercise.

4) negative form
