Mix the sample with the water according to the volume listed:sample (ml) / water (ml)
1) 1 / 1 = 1:2
2) 1 / 4 = 1:5
3) 1 / 9 = 1:10
4) 1 / 19 = 1:20
5) 1 / 49 = 1:50
6) 1 / 99 = 1:100
