Mix the sample with the water according to the volume listed:

sample (ml) / water (ml)
1) 1 / 1 = 1:2
2) 1 / 4 = 1:5
3) 1 / 9 = 1:10
4) 1 / 19 = 1:20
5) 1 / 49 = 1:50
6) 1 / 99 = 1:100

1) 7 / 3 =1.4%
2) 6 / 4 =1.2%
3) 5 / 5 =1.0%
4) 4 / 6 =0.8%
5) 3 / 7 =0.6%
6) 2 / 8 =0.4%
