我們應否以學業成績來評估人?

唔應該..
因為成績唔代表一切..
就算某人成績好好..
咁都唔代表他的品德/其他野..會好

"天生我才必有用"
每個人都有他的長處和短處...
所以我地唔應該用成績黎評估人..

e.g: 如果你既成績係全班最差...但係你好乖..
如果人地用成績黎評估你..
咁你咪無朋友lo..

所以我地唔可以用成績黎評估人..

To be a good practice, we should not judge others achievements through academic results, but by other means such as personal characters. But, practically, many people will judge others with the critirea of jobs position, earnings, academic results, which I do not recognize this realtistic approach.
