我最近申請咗一個Paypal 户口, 過咗幾日, 竟然收到e-mail通知話我password改咗, 我馬上通知Paypal調查但沒有回覆, 我安全至上取消那個paypal account, 請問有沒有人試過同樣倩況？

竟然收到e-mail通知話我password改咗: it is a spam email cheating for your password. You will get this kind of spam emails once a while no matter you have a paypal account or not. Just delete that email and do NOT click on their link.用PayPal是安全的 as long as you use it carefully.

even ebay suggest us use paypal
for ur case... mostly because the email u receive may be a email to fake you to enter your personal info... or ur password was known by others
